My fascination about human behaviour led me to earn a BSc in Social Policy and an MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics, where I deepened my understanding of the forces that shape our lives.
I have always been interested in the profound connection between the mind and body and how they work in harmony to influence our overall wellbeing. This passion led me to pursue a diploma in Pilates, rooted in my love for mindful movement and the transformative power it holds. By honouring the intricate relationship between mind and body, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to achieve lasting personal growth and cultivate a profound connection within themselves.
